Seats @ lobby was good, so have some power plug points for guests in need to charge their devices.(the carpet tiles around seems quite dirty or been too long used.)English-speaking foreigner staffs (at least one) at the reception is a bonus, in case local Japanese can't converse well in universal language (English) to any non-Japanese Asians or others.Please check the English translations are correctly written in Hotel Information Booklet/paper given to guests while check-in.Coin laundry - is it deep cleaned monthly? Since many guests uses, hygiene is necessary. (This is for all hotels, not just LiveMax)This hotel usage of the washing machine was expensive. And detergent is required to buy as well.

- We booked two rooms and the Twin Room was very mouldy while the bathroom had a sewage smell. It was also very dirty. No amount of air refreshner can relieve the smell, even with the humidifier so we had to switch on the airconditioner even if it’s in winter. Eventually, we got quite used to the smell although we ended up coughing and sneezing a lot.
